King Size Chocolate Chip Cookies
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 1 egg
* 1 egg yolk

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
1pckg regular cream cheese, at room temperature
1 egg white
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tbsp lemon zest
1/6 cup lemon juice (juice of one lemon)
yellow food coloring, optional
Using a hand mixer, combine cream cheese and half of the sugar until well blended. Add half lemon juice and blend on medium until cream cheese starts to shine. Continue to mix on medium while adding one at a time: egg white, lemon zest, remainder of lemon juice, sugar, and two drops yello food coloring if desired.. Mix on med-high til light and airy.
